International cooperation

Since its establishment, Faculty of Administration has been oriented towards achieving international cooperation with as many related higher education institutions from Europe and beyond.

In that sense, the Faculty has achieved significant cooperation with:

 

  • Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, EGE University, Izmir, Turkey;
  • Faculty of Law, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Croatia;
  • Faculty of Administration in Ljubljana, Slovenia;
  • Bayern University of Public Service, Germany;
  • Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management, Novi Sad, Serbia.

 

The Memorandum of Cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek predicts cooperation that will take place through the improvement of the application of the Bologna principles of study in all study cycles; exchange of students and professors as well as academic exchanges; organization of joint courses, workshops, conferences and other scientific gatherings; development of joint study programs in all study cycles; development and implementation of scientific research and other projects at the cross-border, regional and wider level; publishing scientific and professional papers and exchanging publications.

 

Service for International Cooperation of the University of Sarajevo

International cooperation of the Faculty of Administration, as associate members of the University of Sarajevo, relies on agreements on academic cooperation signed by representatives of the International Cooperation Service of the University of Sarajevo with higher education institutions from all over the world.

The Service for International Cooperation of the University of Sarajevo was established with the aim of coordinating activities and developing international relations with partner universities and other teaching, research and other partner institutions and cooperation networks from Europe and the world.

Mission:

The mission is to strengthen the internationalization of the University of Sarajevo by presenting this institution as a modern university of European quality.

Values: tradition of international cooperation, hospitality twoards  foreign students, teachers and associates from the region, but also beyond, promotion of values of international cooperation among students, teachers and associates of the University of Sarajevo and promotion of diversity of study programs.

Vision:

Strengthening leadership in the field of international cooperation. With over 300 cooperation agreements (bilaterally or through the program) with universities around the world and membership in several important international organizations and networks, we expect to intensify mobility that will enable our students, teachers and associates to express their qualities internationally, but also to perfect themselves through such contacts.

The Service for International Cooperation is located in the building Rectorat  of the University of Sarajevo.
