FIRST CYCLE OF STUDIES (240 ECTS)

FILD OF ADMINISTRATION  

First cycle of studies on Faculty for Administration is organized and preformed in accordance with Study Rules for cycle 1 on Faculty of Administration on University of Sarajevo.

By the law of higher education in Canton Sarajevo, and in accordance with the rules of points transfer based on the European system (ECTS).

 Defending graduate work that is finisshing first cycle of studies on Administrative Faculty grants us the title of Bachelora of Administration. Bachelor of Administration are capable to work in State Department of Administration, public companys and in facilitys that have public authority at their disposal, as in other institutions in wich work on administrative solutions and leading business is required.

FU as base institution for forming new academic generations capable of supporting reform programs and projects in the field of public and private sectors of B&H management in the proces of joining EU.

By introducing 4 year long study cicle it comits to become academic carrier and a factor of contribution to B&H`s progress in meeting European demands and priorities in administrative and business terms.

Study Goals:

Study program of Administratiation provides high level of expert knowledge, methodological skills and professional competencies wich will insure quality and professional involvement in State Department and institution work that have public authority, professional work in private companys, professional operational affairs, preparation and development of business plans and projects, development and monitoring of budget plans, managing human resource, informational system development, independent articulation of policy and information objectives in any administrative body, application of the basic concept in the field of IT technology management in order to prepare proposals, plans and strategies for the introduction of e-administration.

In longterm Faculty of Administration determines at:

• organisation, conduction, growth contributing to higher education and scientific studies in the fields of administrative.
• high profesion training of young experts, students, researchers trough practice and education and other activities (specialised and other seminars, workshops, tribunes, scientific and public discusions, meetings, congreses, groups etc).
• education, practical work, research conducment, strategy development, plans and programs with the goal of introducing institution practice by EU in the fields of administrative.
• analysis conducment and administrative research, also publication and edition of conducted activities.
• academic and expert participation of transresion of the EU (Acquis Communitare) and law upbrigning regulative.
• cooporation between domestic and foreign universities, faculties, institutions, and other organisations from their own or related spheres of actions.
• conducting and working on all domestic and foreign projects that insure and promote the creation of quality, profesional, transparent, public and private sector.
• strenghthening administrative, administrative country, free and market competition in modern conditions of capitalism and democracy.
• all other ats and activities that contribute to growth and advancment of high quality education.
