Sažetak

Alternativne civilne inicijative i asocijacije služe kao korektori vlasti. Do pojave novih koalicija nevladinih subjekata dolazi u poslijeratnom periodu. Integracijski osnov njihova nastanka bila je potreba da se riješe pitanja formalno-pravne i faktičke pozicije nevladinog sektora u ovdašnjem općedruštvenom kontekstu.

Summary

The alternative civil initiatives and associations serve as correctors of the actual goverment. Only the postwar period has witnessed new coalitions of non-governmental entities. Integration basis of their creation was the need to solve the matters of formal-legal and factual position of NGO sector within present social context in general.
