THE IMPACT OF VARIOUS POWER CENTERS ON THE ADOPTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ACT

Abstract

This paper analyzes the focus points of certain phases of the administrative procedure, in which, may arise forms of influence from various power centers that can affect the adoption of the administrative act. Furthermore, this paper also analyzes possible ways to eliminate such influence, without considering which the centers of power are, and the extent of their impact.
