CONSTITUTIONAL COURT CONTROL IN DECISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF FEDERATION AND EXERCISE OF LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY

Abstract

When it comes to the constitutional legal control and execution of legislative powers, constitutional courts have an enormous importance in the creation of a modern state. The principle of equality, non-discrimination and legal security set up in the Constitution and other international documents, upon which constitutional courts base their decisions, becomes indispensable principal and value one must bear in mind when creating and applying law. That is why the constitutional courts as guardians and defenders of the Constitution, must display responsibility and dedication in performing their function of constitutional supervision through uniform control, clear standards and procedures and transparency in their work.
