After the initial contacts were made earlier, an online meeting was organized between the representatives of the Faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studies, University Teknologi MARA from Malaysia and the Faculty of Administration, University of Sarajevo.

The Faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studies has been making academic and professional contributions since 1965 as the successor to the School of Administration and Law, and is part of the largest public university in Malaysia with 35 campuses in all 13 Malaysian provinces. They provide professional training for civil servants and other public employees and academic programs for all three cycles of study, especially in the fields of: administrative sciences, corporate administration, environmental administration, as well as international relations and diplomacy.

The meeting was attended, as part of the Malaysian delegation, by professors: Dr. Abdul Jalil Mohamed Ali, Dean of the Faculty, and Vice Deans and Coordinators, Dr. Memiyanty Haji Abdul Rahim, Dr. Zarina Mohd Zain, Dr. Farhatul Mustamirrah Mahamad and Dr. Mazlan Che Soh, while the Faculty of Administration was represented by Dean Dr. Emir Tahirović and Vice Dean Dr. Amel Delić.

It was concluded that the existence of a memorandum of cooperation between the two universities, signed in 2019 and in force until September 2022, will formally facilitate cooperation, that should primarily develop in the fields of: exchange of academic experiences, implementation of joint research projects, organization of joint scientific conferences, publishing and of course the exchange of students and academic staff. It has been agreed that mutual online guest lectures of the academic staff of the two institutions will be realized in the current semester.

Judging by the very pleasant working atmosphere and precise ideas of this meeting, it was concluded that this is the beginning of a very successful cooperation.
