Mission

FU`s mission is to trough lectural-scientific and research work in cooperation with all relative subjects in sight educte exepert, quality, creative and internationaly competative frames and with that contributes to improvment managment administration in B&H and beyond, especially improving public administrative reforms in B&H in the contesst of transitional and integracional process.
FU is an establishment of high education that consatantly contributes to the development of educational and scientific research and also affirmation of academic frame and academic community as an iniciator and a subject of postive development processes and a promotor of humane and democratic values and achivments.
FU aranges and realises cultural quality as its own functioning principal embeding it in its educational proces so that it ensures education of profesional frames that preform their tasks profesionaly and with great quality in native, european and global, political, social, legal, social and cultural ambiance.

Vision

FU achives quality knowledge and manages all proceses on the faculty on a level accepted by international standards, universal principals, and values of academic work.
In this way international cooperation, frame exchange, academic ability overall is achived.
FU educates students with knowledge, skills and abilities to become participants in leading and organisating administrative, also carriersof reforms and development based on profesionality, adopting good practices, inovations and academic resourcefullnes, trough appliance of standards set by Bologna declaration.
FU realises the concept of life long learning and scientific-research work as a core of sustainable development of B&H, based on transfer of knowledge, skills, and academic mobility and exchange with relative state and other interested, unviersities, faculties, other institutions in EU and around the globe.
